This was my second time to visit this location and see Dr. Ryan. My first trip was not bad but my second trip was awful. I get very anxious were having major dental work done and required nitrous oxide in order to undergo the procedure. After complaining several times to the doctor he would just tell me that it’s all the way up and suggested I use nose spray. The guy actually went in his drawer and pulled out a used bottle of nose spray which is one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever heard of and put it in my nose. Then he requested another bottle since that one had been used up and sprayed so much of it down my nostril that it went down my throat. This guy has horrible customer service and doesn’t give a darn about his patients and is a total jerk. I feel bad for his office assistant to have to deal with him. I decided to move onto another dentist being that this guy can’t even control our nitrous oxide machine for his patience much less could he care for your teeth. With all the available dentist in the city it’s a shame that he would let Business run out the door for doing such a stupid thing as to putting an unsanitary nose bottle in someone else’s nose.

I have used this dentist for the last several years and decided today to make a switch. I have experienced everything from misplaced records to the Dr. not showing for an appointment. They are all very nice people but not real good @ what they are supposed to be doing.

I moved to Keller in June of 2018 and had to find a new dentist. Dr. Ryan and their staff are amazing! I’ve had a crown, root canal, and a dental implant all by Dr. Ryan. They are very welcoming and concerned with how you’re doing. My children now go there (14 & 12) and have had cleanings and my daughter had to get 6 baby teeth pulled. He was awesome and made her feel very comfortable. Julie the dental assistant is so sweet. I’m so impressed that I’d never consider another dentist, I trust Dr. Ryan and his staff with any dental needs.
