Make sure to accept all upcharges or you will be asked to leave. Came in for a cracked molar with extreme nerve pain. Before extraction the dentist casually mentions laughing gas and a bone marrow plug for the left over hole that will be stitched over. No mention of increased costs or explanation of why the bone marrow plug is so great. Next, the assistant arrives with costs increases for these two options. $125 for the gas and $250+ for the marrow plug turning my $250 insurance covered extraction into a $650 operation. I tell the assistant that I can live without the gas and ask for a discount on the marrow plug. To be clear, the marrow plug was always presented as an option, not a requirement. Next thing I know the assistant returns and tells me the dentist is no longer willing to see me and is willing to refer me out to someone else. I asked specifically if this as related to asking for a discount on the marrow plug she said yes. As the son of a dentist and being around this world my entire life I've never seen nor experienced such horrible treatment. This place is about money first and people last. You've been warned.

All of the staff from front office to assistant and dentist were wonderful! They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and the dentist was thorough in my exam. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a quality personal relationship with their dental office.
