I highly discourage anyone going to him, especially to have your wisdom teeth taken out! He is horrible at pain management! He just rips the teeth out as quickly as he can and leaves the patient in horrible pain for days and extreme swelling! I took my son to him to have his two wisdom teeth taken out about a year ago, and he was in terrible pain afterwards and terrible swelling, especially on one side. I thought maybe it was just a fluke because they were hard to get out. So I made the mistake of taking my daughter there last week to have her for wisdom teeth taken out because he was $300 less than the other oral surgeon we got an estimate from. Huge mistake!!! Because he did the same thing with her and her healing process has been horrible! He started taking her teeth out before she was fully numb and she was trying to get him to stop and was crying and he just said that was normal! He doesn’t give them enough medication to go to sleep and they were both very aware of what was going on although they were a little out of it. I can’t even begin to explain how terrible both experiences were! He also doesn’t take appointments until 1 or 2 each day and every time we’ve gone he’s been extremely late . Both of my kids waited over an hour before he started the procedure. Also, my daughter went up there for him to make sure she was healing ok because she was in so much pain four days after her surgery and again he left her sitting there for 45 minutes and then when he finally got to her, he just glanced in her mouth and said looks good and took a sharp syringe and shoved down next to her wounds to show her how to rinse them out and it hurt her so bad she started crying and asked him to stop and he wouldn’t! He could care less if his patients are in pain. I really hope he retires soon because he does not need to still be practicing dentistry.
